Very reasonable price for motorbike insurance. However website hiccupped and wrong amount of money got taken from my bank account. Very stressful trying to get money back. Not sure yet how long the cashback will take to go through, only bought insurance 2 days ago.

Amount changed to 0 and shorlty after dissapeared from my list.
The only good thing is that it has taken so long that my insurance is not that far of neing renewed.
I will not under ANY circumstances be renewing with Bennetts.
Their refusal to honour a £20 cashback has now cost them the £300 per year premium I pay.
So-long suckers!

I have to agree with the other comments. Took out a policy in July 2009, chased on several occassions - wait, wait, wait. Then the amount changed from £ 40 pending to NIL payable!!! Still have no cashback!
