this retailer should update the customer services provided,I had to wait 2 months for a payment return, and 7 weeks for points to be awarded to my advantage card.Very poor! But, they took my payment the same day.

Apart from delivering the wrong washing machine which neccessity forced me to accept it was an excellent transaction. It tracked very quickly and became payable after only a couple of months. After 3 phonecalls to Boots about the issue I was offered (and accepted) £30 in compensation. I would rather have had the right machine in the first place.

Cashback only paid on pre VAT purchase price and not on anything else. I spent £348.98 but after deducting delivery charge, recycle charge and VAT it tracked at a spend of £273.19.

Purchase was easy, transaction showed up as pending the next day and confirmed a day later. Fantastic! Got my new cooker on the allocated day of delivery, 1 week from ordering, no problems at all. Good communication from the delivery company, chaps were very nice. Really pleased as got boots points plus cash back! Oh and a fab new cooker!
