DRL LTD acting for Boots, Sainsburys, Next but to name a few. Customer service awful. Was not told a delivery was canceled. Wrong item delivered, was passed on to their ace team. All they did was reorder and told it would take another 9 days. Ask to speak to a manager. None available. Ask for a manger to phone me. Still waiting. Emailed them to remind them that I had ask for a manager to phone. Still waiting. The item I am waiting for is an electric hob. Checked with the manufactures. They have 18 in stock. Why can't DRL send Expert Logistic or DHL to collect the item and deliver with in 48hrs. The origional delivery was the 11th of March the expected delivery date I have is the 29th

The model I first chose was not in stock. I was emailed the next day and was able to choose a different model. They telephoned to arrange a delivery day, as promised. Delivery was took longer than I had hoped - I was without a washing machine for almost 3 weeks - but they rang as promised to arrange a morning and were on time.
Overall, it was a good experience.
