Item delivered when agreed. The installation service was useful as the men removed and took the old machine away and then connected the new machine.
I had to remind the delivery to leave the new machines transit bolts! These are essential for moving a machine if required don't left them convince you otherwise.
Boots point applied to my boots cards when stated and these are worth a considerable amount.
Overall would use Boots appliances again.

Ordered a washing machine from them, but delivery dates were repeatedly pushed back by one or two weeks about four times now (each time blaming supply issues with the manufacturer Samsung). More than a month has passed and they were not able to deliver the washing machine, so I've cancelled the order.

Cashback tracked ok, but won't use these jokers again.
Ordered five items. The afternoon before the day of delivery (after arranging deliveries with over companies to coincide and a day off work) they called to say my Fridge has been discontinued (was in stock when I ordered) and my dishwasher was delayed a week. This was after they'd tried to flog me insurance on all the items that morning!
She then tried to pressure me on the phone to have a fridge I'd never seen before to get delivery the next day. Of course I wanted to look myself. Not happy.
I called back to cancel the fridge and dishwasher to get delivery next day but she said the delivery date on my order had moved to next week and she can't change it!
In the end bit the bullet, cancelled the fridge and await delivery next week. Hope I still get the cashback!
Very poor service. Won't us them again!

Found Boots Kitchen Appliances to be very competitive price wise, free delivery (special offer) with cashback and £65 worth of advantage points.
Customer service and the delivery team (Rangemaster) were great. I will definately use this company again.
Tracked straight away....confirmed within days, the payout hopefully will also be smooth.
