Very quickly tracked my transaction which completed as payable a lot quicker than many other companies I have made purchases with. I therefore recommend Boots Kitchen Appliances for prompt cashback - my integrated dishwasher supplied was also delivered on time at a very competitve price. Almost forgot, you get Boots advantage card points on your purchase as well!

The company that supply appliances on behalf of Boots are terrible. DO NOT let the driver leave without having fully checked the product first as, if you later find a problem they flatly refuse to do anything about it if you've signed. Use Co-op instead ~ their prices are very competitive and their service is superb. Review BKA online to see how many terrible reviews they get. I had to contact their headoffice to get a badly damaged freezer taken away after many long phone calls with the supplier. HO were brilliant ~ it's just the third party supplier who is rubbish.

Ordered washing machine online with next day delivery. Rang on morning that item was due to be delivered and said it wasn't in the warehouse. Would get one in for me but would take nearly 4 weeks!! This was unacceptable as my washer was broken. I would not use them again and have since purchased my washer through topcash back for Tesco - a much better service and free delivery!!!

after ordering a washer ang getting a delivery date i was phoned two days before delivery to say they didnt have stock at the moment ( after the web site stated it was in stock ) i was given another delivery date but the same thing happened again ! They tried to persuade me to get a different washer but when i refused they gave me another delivery date but guess what? no washer . they had taken the money out of my account straightaway too.
I eventually gave up ang got my money back .
