Price was the cheapest I could find and then I got cashback and points on my boots card. I ordered item and within 30 mins received a phone call to confirm my order (mind you I think this was just a ploy to sell insurance - as I had already had an email confirming my order). Another email was received on the Friday with a delivery check list and delivery details. Two texts received on Saturday - one to advise I would get a text with a slot for Monday and then the text advised it would be between 7 - 11 am. Monday morning received a phone call to advise it would be delivered between 8.30 and 9.30. So all in all cant fault the service or the price...............watch this space for a review of the dishwasher. One small thing, the delivery men scraped all my newly painted step at the front door with their trolley :-(
