follow up.... they did ring and try to mkae conversation then try to selel u a warranty for 4.50 a week to replace ur products forever more.... very hard to get rid of! delivery drivers were rude when i was rung 3 times on the day each time bumping my delivery another hour. int he end went from between 7-11am to 10-11, to 11.15-2.30. kicked up a fuss and it arrived at 11.45 but not nice experience! especially when boots customer service whilst apologetic were not very helpful.

make sure your doors are wide enough the delivery men had to remove the doors so they could get it in my house

Needed a manual claim but this was sorted out efficiently by the Topcashback team. Boots card points are also available on purchases from here. This is really Empire Direct, just with "Boots" branding.

I live in a flat on fourth floor and I specifically wrote at time of order that I do not have a lift. On day of delivering the fridge, the couriers said they weren't taking it up because no lift, I was not home, my mum was. She made a fuss and they eventually bought it up but I was not happy at all about the service.

tracked same day, good rate but only pays on pre vat price excluding delivery charge so got less than expecting, bit off when you spend £1300+ and they only pay against £1100 of that grrr but good deal with double advantage points on these 2 appliances meant i got £110 on my boots card too to spend that will help next christmas lol!

Having checked through all the FAQs, I see that they only give cash back on the pre tax value, and pre- delivery cost value. Still worth it when buying expensive appliances though!
