Bought a tumble dryer from Boots Kitchen Appliances at the end of 2009, and 16 weeks later I still haven't seen a penny of cashback money despite raising two sets of enquiries. In short, dismal cashback performance, shame on you Boots!

Typical white goods dealer: will give you a 4-hour delivery window but not until the day before delivery, so you'll probably have to take the entire day off work anyway... :( Prices not the cheapest, but the combination of cashback and Boots Advantage card points means its OK. Cashback has tracked quickly and been confirmed; Boots advantage card points take 14 days after delivery and you have to claim them by putting your Advantage Card in one of the shop "Extra Voucher" machines, but the update is then immediate so it's painless.
Overall an acceptable experience but nothing special - just like pretty much every other white goods retailer out there!

Excellent cashback - this site is a real find - didint even know they did appliances - very good and quick to track, I used them to furnish a whole new kitchen and the bonus was I also got over £50 back in Boots Vouchers!

Really good, cashback tracked quickly, great customer services, regular communication about delivery time. However, website did not state that the oven I ordered needed to be hardwired. Our previous cooker was just a 13amp plug connection, but to have the new one hardwired in would have cost over £400!! (as we would need a new circuit board and wiring) So when I contacted customer services, they said that because it wasn't stated clearly on their website, they would waive the normal £100 return carriage fee and refund all my money - what a relief! So - would definitely use again but will double and treble check to make sure we order a plug-in oven!

Excellent. Tracked and confirmed straight away. No problem rearranging delivery date. Did get after sale warranty call. Automated call the night before advising delivery slot, then the driver called the next day with a more specific time. Delivery was quick and tidy. Best price for the product I wanted.
