This was a very simple process! Ordered on Monday and arrived Wednesday! Easily dealt with on line! Delivery drivers great! Top Cash Back was an added bonus!

Cashback tracks quickly, goods delivered exactly when they said they would be although I did not require an email, 3 texts and 3 phone calls all confirming the delivery time! One notification would have been enough! Could almost be 'too good' customer service!

Great retailer. Myself and people I know have all found the best deals for ovens etc on here and even better is you get Boots Advantage Points (and cashback and when you shop through TopCashback!)

Very pleased with Boots. Delivery was good, good communication and the chaps unpacked cooker & took away rubbish. Cashback tracked quickly, but still waiting for it to clear. Hotpoint cooker is great, but the timer is a bit quiet... Overall, no problems. Oh yes, and i forgot to print out receipt, doh. Customer services were great - they emailed it to me again, instantly.

Beware, this took ages to track and had to be chased - my purchase was February 2010. Eventually paid but they only pay less VAT, less delivery, less recycling and there's no warning to that effect on the front page of the link. Overall, it would have been cheaper to go elsewhere - I only purchased from this site because of the cashback.

I purchased from Boots Kitchen Appliances back in Feb 2010, didn't track so I put in a claim which TCB said they submitted but haven't heard a thing since - despite nudging every month! Very disappointing. Would not buy from them again (let down on delivery too).

Always tracks almost immediately. *****Be Aware***** cashback on VAT exclusive amount and does not include any delivery charges. I have ordered many times, cashback tracked and paid quickly and service is great.

Buyers be aware Cashback from Boots Appliances excludes VAT. I bought my item just before Christmas for £300. But they only paid me cashback on £255. (£300 - 17.5%). Now VAT is 20% reduce your cashback expectations by 20%!

Hadn't thought of using Boots to replace broken oven but glad I did. Delivered within 24 hours. Tracked and confirmed within a month. Great customer service. Would def recommend.

Paying extra for next day delivery was well worthwhile. Given 4 hour time-slot for delivery and even though this was missed by approx 1 hour (not unexpected due to severe weather conditions), I was able to phone customer services, they contacted the driver and updated me on expected delivery time.

They took the order and money for the electric oven on the 5th November and delivery arranged for 30th Nov. All seemed OK until Friday 26th November when they e-mailed to say the goods would now be delivered week commencing 7th January. My kitchen was being installed on the 4th December and could not be without an oven over Christmas. They should have advised earlier that the goods were not available. Very disappointing.

Boots were very thorough. Telephoning me to explain what would happen regarding my delivery, albeit that they added in a little market research at the same time! I received a text to tell me my delivery slot and the guys turned up within that time slot. Very happy with this and would use them again!
