Very happy with product, delivery etc, but got no cashback as they said I had not used top cashback (I know I did). I notice someone else has the same problem (below) on the same date as I ordered - 2nd May. Makes me wonder if there was a glitch of some sort that day???

We used Boots Kitchen Appliances twice after moving house. Cashback tracked on both occasions. Confirmed a couple of weeks later. The first has just become payable after about 8 weeks (no reason at present to think that the second one won't become payable as well).
In terms of performance, Boots Kitchen Appliances (which is run by another company of behalf of Boots) have been excellent on both occasions. On the first occasion, we ordered after 9:30pm and paid for next day delivery. The items were delivered first thing the following morning. On the second occasion we didn't pay extra for quick delivery, but they delivered well ahead of the date promised anyway.
Only comment to make is to be aware that a "customer care phone call" a couple of days after delivery will ask some genuine questions, then try to flog you an extended warranty. However, they don't "hard sell" like a lot of places and declining was the end of the matter (we told them that we bought cheap appliances, were confident in the manufacturer and would just buy new ones if they broke after a couple of years, which is more or less the truth).
If you've got a loyalty card with Boots, you'll also net yourself a decent amount of points, and points plus cashback made Boots the cheapest online appliance seller we would actually buy from.
So in conclusion, a great experience all round.

Won't be using Boots Kitchen Appliances for cashback again!
Purchase fridge in May, no cashback tracked so lodge a claim... took Boots nearly 4 months to come back with a reply and was told no cashback will be giving because topcashback was not the last referrer (thats rubbish because I only purchase the fridge via topcashback only!). BKA will not budge and that is the end my claim and I can't do anything about it! Great excuse BKA!!!

Purchased a freezer online in mid July 2012 and everything went fine - even got my Boots points almost immediately. BUT the purchase failed to track and a manual claim is still - almost 7 months later - 'waiting for merchant' despite numerous nudges.
OK it's only £9.98 on a £499 purchase but it does seem that if such things go wrong then cashback is very rarely received. TC don't actually seem to actively chase up this merchant, either?!

Great communication,competitive prices and hassle free cashback too. No problems with the cashback. Make sure you actively claim bonus points if you have a Boots advantage card (though customer services very understanding and helpful if you forget!).

Ordered on sunday and paid to have express delivery to get washer here by wednesday. The purchase didn't acknowledge so reentered details twice still didnt order so gave up. Amex called 3 mins later worried I was being fleeced as 3 lots of 300 quid had gone from my account in minutes! They stopped two payments but 1st went through. Today is wednesday and no washer so rang up, they have no record of me or my order or the 300 quid they have of mine!
Totally Hopeless- have now ordered from the COOP as I should have done in 1st place, it will be here tomorrow!

Great competitive prices, much cheaper than other shops e.g. Comet. Cashback tracked quickly, and items were delivered promptly. Also, advantage card points can be collected from this merchant, which is great. Will use again.

Really disappointed. The cashback from nearly £700 was one of the selling points that persuaded me to purchase from this retailer. I had to submit a cashback claim and received the response 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' I have not received anything from any other marketing channel. Would put me off using Boots Appliances again if I could buy the same thing elsewhere.

This is the second time we have bought a large kitchen appliance from Boots and each time they have been excellent. Plenty of info on delivery times; delivered on time and done professionally. The delivery men even put on overshoes before coming into the house.
