Excellent efficient service. Web site quick to use. Delivery company phoned the evening before delivery to advise what part of the day the delivery would be made, then driver phoned on the day to give a more exact time period. Goods received in excellent condition, delivery guys were very helpful. All in all a hassle free experieince.

No problems ordering online. Great call centre staff who double checked everything and didn't do the hard sell with warranties. Texted and phoned day before to confirm delivery.

Ordered two appliances several weeks before a house move and was provided with firm delivery dates. Boots called 5 days before the delivery date to say one item would be a week late! All they offered to do was refund or reschedule the delivery to the later date. Very intransigent. Seems their prices are competitive but may reviews state similar problems with them cancelling orders. Many products seem to come direct from the manufacturer rather than actual Boots stock. My recommendation is buy from somone who actually has the physical stock, even if its a few pounds more.

I have just been informed over 24 hours after placing order that the appliance will not be delivered until 30th December delivery having been confirmed already for 27th November!! Delay with manufacturer and guess what? I have cancelled order but will not have payment refunded for 7-10 days. Not a happy bunny & will not use Boots again... Very poor customer service. They should not take money before knowing goods are available. Have tried Laskys now but half expecting the same thing to happen......
