Good service. Their website had the wrong dimensions on for the cooker I ordered, so it had to be returned as it didnt fit the aperture. This attracted a £49.99 recovery charge, which I wasnt happy about. After ordering a different cooker with them, I raised my dissatisfaction with the restocking/recovery fee, and never expected to hear anything from them again. The next morning I got a call to say they had reviewed the info and agreed to refund the £49.99. Good customer service, I reckon.

Prompt cashback payment (less than 14 days i think), although had problems with the order in that they forgot order the oven which was part of a multipack so only received the hob.. they attempted to sort this and booked a new delivery date, but again someone forgot to 'place the order with Samsung'... third try and i received the oven. Overall though the amount I saved and the cashback and the advantage points made this a very worthwhile purchase. The customer service was excellent, I think my experience was just an unfortunate case of human error twice.

I purchased a cooker but at checkout there was no box to tick for collection of old cooker but I noticed they had a box saying they would. I ordered the cooker but when I phoned regarding this they said it was too late to add on and there customer service was so bad, like talking to a robot, they kept say "there is nothing we can do about it". A day later my fridge broke. You can buy and get delivery from boots an american fridge but they will not take away an old american fridge. Guess what? Comet will and they are taking away my old cooker too. Never again will I use boots!

first class system. we had to wait 2 weeks for the item to come in with Boots and therefore didn't pay Boots for 2 weeks either. The caseback still arrived. Very pleased. R Holden

Limited range of goods but helpful customer services team, good prices and did exactly what they promised. Good option for kitchen goods. Deals on prices often involve Boots Advantage points so best if you have this card.
