Declined no reason
Booked 3 World Traveller Plus return flights in Jul (flights taken in Nov/Dec) and just had cashback declined with no reason. Went to raise a claim and got a message that claims are not accepted by this retailer. Suggest using other options if available.

Declined for no good reason
Just as others have experienced, I followed the terms (no voucher codes used, completed purchase straight away etc) and it tracked but has been declined and can't be disputed. Top Cashback should remove BA from their site as they don't pay out.

Declined as anticipated
Just had our cashback declined, with no way of escalating this through customer services. We didn't use a voucher any external links, and paid in full online at the time of purchase. Given British Airway's lack of customer service, robust website / apps, and and ability to lose bags, this really does not surprise me.
Zero explanation and just blanked. Don't build up your hopes.

I spent £5400 on a holiday and as soon as I get back off the holiday British Airways cancel the claim…..they are a deceiving disgusting corporate company that I hope rot!
I give no stars!!!!

ZERO NEVER PAYS OUT !!
Have EIGHT bookings with BA.
Every single one was 'pending' for SIX months 'on ice' then 'declined'.
Raised with TCB on every occasion. Never paid out.
I'm loosing faith in TCB, their frequent 'declines' and they STILL refer companies that NEVER PAY OUT (see the reviews on the wider internet).

Not reliable
Spent over 1000 pounds on tickets and was declined. They said they couldn't find the details. I reopened the claim. Still declined. it is very sneaky, as so many people use this for cashback, and then they keep on declining. It is not hard to find my flight details if they wanted to. I will say to everyone booking here with BA, keep on asking and don't accept that they do not pay out, reopen the case if you know that you did everything right. It is not fair that they should sit with the money, and not pay out. My main message here is; do not expect to be paid anything.

These turds changed the times of my flight and when we decided to therefore change the day of the flight so that we could actaully fly at the time we wanted, they said we had 'changed the booking' and used it as an excuse not to pay the piffling £15 cashback when we had spent thousands on a BA holiday.

Declined cashback, despite tracking with correct order number that their system sent back to TCB. TCB support less than helpful. Might have to use alternate sites, as they don't seem to like paying out the larger amounts.
