My cashback was initially declined, but when I submitted a ticket to the TCB admin team, they sorted it out very quickly and paid out before I'd even picked up my car!

no different from any other car rental. they try the scare tactics to get you to pay for the extra insurance, which costs a fortune. buy your own excess insurance it is a fraction of the cost.

Took months and months and they only paid up after I lodged a claim. Even then, the time between the cash back being accepted and it actually getting to my account took months. Will go back to booking through Expedia from now on.

I paid for the car hire in March 17, holiday was booked for July, 2 weeks in Florida, Car was dirty, has to wait when i picked it up, not checked by the office before giving me the key and letting me go on my own. Cashback due 12 weeks after trip, waited, waited some more, waited a further 8 weeks before it became payable today. Don't think i will use Budget in the future.

Don't bother with this merchant for cashback as it will stay confirmed at 0.00 for months before they reject it. I think they have kept the cashback % high to lure people in but end up rejecting many without valid reason as was the case with me.
