Complete con....Budget can offer whatever amazing cashback deals they like, it makes no difference as they will never honour it and pay the cashback. TCB can try to chase it for you but it wont make any difference as Budget will just pull the same old story of 'TCB were not the last referrer'...something TCB are powerless to do anything about. Budget need to be removed from this site as this now just amounts to nothing more than a scam.

Tracked at £0, submitted claim. After 6 moths of waiting I have been told cashback is declined. Reason- I clicked through from another site. I did not do this so I am vey disappointed that Budget are being dishonest for the sake of £1.92 CB.

As others have found, we made a booking here, through Budget, it tracked at Zero and was declined. TopCashBack customer Services were no help for around 9 months. Complete the rental and still no movement. As others have said, time for Budget to be removed. it damages both their brands. I no longer trust Budget to pay their cashback, and have no faith in TopCashback to either investigate or to resolve a member concern. Will not use TopCashback for any future travel purchases, as I have other examples where perfectly tracked and booked travel items are refused without any explaination.

6th booking with Budget. Received all cashbacks with no problems so far, compared to 2 bookings with Enterprise which were declined with no explanation in both cases.

the car broke down whilst we had it so was replaced, in their system this looks like a cancelled order so they won't pay! Raised a ticket in September with all references so I wouldn't trust them.

Booked Budget through third party on Topcashback. Tried getting us to upgrade, then tried getting extra for insurance that we'd already bought elsewhere. Having failed to extract any money from us up front, the agent FAILED to inform us of the eToll gadget on the dashboard. Not having encountered this before, didn't realised what it was until AFTER the toll cashier refused to accept our cash payment. Turned it off immediately but back in the UK Budget have charged us £11.84 for a $1.25 toll charge despite us again offering payment at the airport, which was again, refused by Budget. Strangely enough if you look online it appears Avis and Budget are being takenn to court for doing exactly this to rental customers. Disgraceful!

Also having problems with Budget honoring the cashback, despite paying in advance for the car and having all references. Initially tracked as £0, submitted missing cashback claim, cashback appeared at correct amount and now showing payable at £0 - back to square one! Lodged another ticket with Topcashback so we'll see what happens now - not hopeful.
