	Ordered the iPhone4 which arrived, no probs. But transaction did not track. Reported it to TCB who have reported it to carphone warehouse, but still nothing 4 weeks later. Do not rely on getting cashback from them!

	Ordered a phone from this retailer due to the promise of next day delivery, never got next day delivery even though their own tracking system stated it was with courier. Phone was for my daughters birthday on 18 Aug-we waited all day and finally arrived at 7.30 pm on evening of her birthday. Very upset as we had had to cancel her birthday activities due to late arrival!Cashback probs as well-tracked at 0.00 Will not use on-line again for this retailer. Avoid!!

	Another Company that offers cashback but doesn't pay up. What a scam - offer cash back to get you to purchase with no intention of paying up and Topcashback is right there to aid them with this scam by doing noting when it doesn't pay. Topcashback gets it money so couldn't care less that we don't. They are hand in hand running a scam on us. what a joke.

	The upgrade I did through Carphone Warehouse didn't track. I raised a ticket and eventually after 2 months the £60.00 was added and went to confirmed. 2 weeks later it went to payable £0.00. So after waiting nearly 3 months, I've now had to re-open the enquiry ticket and now got to wait upto a further 3 months to get a response. An absolute joke, and with all the comments on here it's plain to see that Carphone Warehouse don't keep to their promises despite their good cashback offers you are very very unlikely to see your money. Word of advice stay away as the chances are you'll soon see payable £0.00 and waste another 6 months of your life trying to fight for your cashback with no joy. Now for me Topcashback should investigate into CPW cashback further with all the issues reported on here as something not quite right going on and their obviously getting out of paying the cashback to customers and saving money. Not Happy at all!

	Cash back tracked at zero, just like they said it would, came to paying still zero... Went to log a claim, but wanted so much information, i really couldnt be bothered for a fiver

	Used topcash back for a while and this is the first time I've had a problem. First the cashback never tracked so I submitted a missing cashback claim. It then appeared at £70, then after a few weeks it just said payable at £0 not happy at all. Tried to submit another missing claim and topcashback now have no record of the transaction even though they recognised it first time.

	I have tried to upgrade online through carphone warehouse but it wont let me, doesn't seem to have the link on the website, it only gives a option to upgrade via the phone or instore !!

	Don't believe the offers. I have to open a claim as it hadn't appeared a week after the purchase. This was resolved by Top Cashback. Carphone warehouse then changed the amount payable to £0, have another claim open against them. Carphone Warehouse just ain't worth the hassle, no matter how much they promise 'cos you won't get it!
