Ordered CD on 1st December and still awaiting delivery. I've written to customer enquiries 3 times and still waiting for reply. Communications dreadful. Very, very disappointed, would not recommend this company and I will definitely not use them again.

Just waiting for delivery which will round off a very positive experience.

Totally unhappy with the service! I've waited over two weeks for my item and have been told to wait till after the xmas deadline before they will even consider resending the item. Dont shop, here use Play.com instead!

Unfortunately, my experience is not a good one to date! I ordered three CD's for Xmas pressies on two weeks later I still haven't received any of them. Have emailed enquiring as to their whereabouts, but have had nothing more than an automatic reply to date. Hope other shoppers have a good experience!

Please DO NOT use this site.
After 24 days, my DVD has still not arrived, and my emails have gone unanswered.
There is no phone number for customer services. So all I can do now is try to reclaim my money through Paypal.
It's not worth the stress - there are other reputable DVD sites which are far better.
I wish I'd read the reviews here first - at least if you're reading this, I can warn you instead.

My transactions tracked and confirmed very quickly BUT after being sent an email from this retailer letting me know my goods had been despatched and would arrive in 5-7 days, I am still waiting over 2 weeks later. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
