I appear to be having the same problem as everyone else. Ordered a cd on the 7th which was dispatched on the 9th December, it now the 20th and still not received it. I have sent 3 emails(no customer service phone number) and they have just replied to my 1st one 3 days later. I dont hold much hope of getting my cd before Xmas. Poor customer service and delivery times appear to be shocking. Probably better to pay £1 more and at least you know you will get the goods.

Took a few days to track, but did eventually. Delivery is always a little slow with CD WOW, but price and cashback is good, so worth the wait.

Still waiting for CD's the first lot which were despatched on 9th Dec should be here by now, I have sent 3 emails this week and have had no response to any of them, their Customer Service leaves alot to be desired - it is appalling!!!! I think this Company should be taken off the Top Cash Back website.

I ordered 2 CDS and a DVD six days ago. I've heard nothing so I checked the status of my order online today only to discover that two of the items are on back order with no indication of when they will be available. One item has now been despatched but I've cancelled the remaining items. I only hope they read the email and carry out my instructions. Disappointingly, the website shows these items as in stock and available for despatch which is clearly misleading. I won't bother with this company again.

I ordered a cd & Xbox 360 on 1/12/09 and was notified on 2/12/09 that my items had been despatched. It took two weeks for the items to arrive as they were despatched from Switzerland!! As they were christmas gifts I wasn't in a rush for them but good job I ordered early. CD-WOW should inform their customers that their items will not be despatched from the UK. The cashback was tracked very quickly though.

Tracked fine but delivery of items is VERY slow (waited about 3 weeks for two seperate items to both arrive). A friend of mine had exactly the same experience...I would be reluctant to use them again.

The only feedback I can give is frankly not very good, I used CD Wow to order a 24 box set 9th Oct, it didn't track so I put in a claim a few days later, I have been giving a nudge atleast once a week since then and still topcashback say they are waiting for the retailer to respond!! The box set also took 3 weeks to arrive after being dispatched so I wouldn't ever use them again.

CD WOW ( wow is not the word i would use unless wow in disbelief) 3 cds payed for and apprently dispatched getting on for 3 weeks ago. Nothing so far in the post; i have tried emailing them 4 times as of course no phone number and they havent even responded. As far as i am concerned rip off merchants DO NOT USE!!!

Quick to track and confirm cashback..... only wish the arrival of my order was as promt as I am still waiting on delivery. Although they note 5-7days this is from the date of dispatch and cannot be followed up until 21 days have expired.... therefore avoid in the Xmas period!

NOT HAPPY...have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive 2 CDs I ordered, even though I received an email saying both had been despatched just days after my order was placed. Plus the fact that they have no contact number and only an email service (which is extremely slow/no response) shows a lack of customer service.
Will not be using them again that's for sure!
