Absolutely terrible retailer! Ordered a chart CD in November, turned up on Christmas Eve! No stock, then delays in shipping, no communication, I had to do all the chasing.
10% cashback is not worth the hassle, will never use CD WOW! again.........

Payment of cashback was quite quick. HOWEVER I would avoid this retailer and their after sales is extremely poor. I have contacted them three times to return an item that was late. they have not responded once to send out a returns form so I am currently stuck as they operate out of HOng Knog I believe. Personally I would avoid this retailer and I will not be using this company ever again!

Would not purchase from this retailer again. Ordered 5 cd's end of nov but only 4 turned up. Only method of contact is by email and they have refused to look at enquiry for 21 days after. Emailed them again 5 days ago as this is a Xmas gift and they still have not replied. Very disappointing! Did you know they were based in Switzerland??

They are rubbish. Would never use these again. They state 5 to 7 days delivery - now at 13 days and still no delivery. They can't even be bothered replying to emails.

At last my cd's have arrived only a couple of days out of the designated time, they came from Hong Kong but this wasnt stated when I placed the order, if it had of been I wouldnt have been so bothered.

ordered goods on the 8th of December and have still received nothing have email several times and received one reply suggesting I check with my neighbours houses and at the local post office! I have asked for a telaphone number and address for CDwow, so far have no contact details, Amazon, Play have all managed to deliver after I ordered from this shower!! very dissapointed especially after recommended by topcashback, having looked on the internet cdwow seem to have a lot of unhappy customers, they say the order was dispached on the 9th of Decmeber and is not 'lost' until 21 days have lapsed. My advice is do not use this company.

I order 5 cds and all of them took over 21 days to arrive with me. They will not chase before the 21st day or look into missing items till that period has passed so dont order them if you are in a rush!
