And snap. 2 CD's ordered on the 5th Dec, 1 arrived 24th and the other is somewhere but who knows where. Certainly not CDwow as they cant even be bothered to reply to your mails. Play and Zavvi are loads better for delivery, they haven't let me down. I wonder if the other one will ever turn up, it didnt for the christmas gift it was meant to be.

Good price but...delivery very poor. One item ordered at the beginning of the month has arrived today! Other companies so much quicker.

Just received the CD I ordered on 7th December. They dispatched it on the 9th. Packaged in Hong Kong with a Swiss post mark. Thet take 3 days to answer emails and reply with a standard letter. Will never use this company again.

If you want your CD quickly don't order from CD WOW!!!
I certainly won't be buying from them again as I've never had an item delivered before 3 weeks after I've ordered it. Their customer service is poor too.

Tracked quite quickly but my orders have taken an age to show up despite their published 5 to 7 day policy. In fact one item I ordered for Christmas on December 6th still hasn't shown up and it is now Boxing day! Cashback is good but would not recommend using them.

Cashback tracked ok but a very disappointing retailer. Ordered CD on 15th Dec for Christmas present, stated item in stock and dispatached within 48 hrs. It is now Christmas Eve and CD has not arrived. Will NEVER EVER use this retailer again!! I would not recommend them and not worth the Cashback.
