Waited 2 weeks for item, still out of stock so decided to cancel on 4th Dec via the website and ordered it elsewhere. Received an email asking for my email address (think about it) as they couldn't find my order - supplied this. Then received an email asking for the order no as they still couldn't find it - supplied this too. Received an email a week later saying they were sorry for the delay and the item would be with me asap. I reminded them that I wanted to cancel the order and to confirm the order was cancelled as I had already sourced it elsewhere. A few days later they replied saying sorry, item was dispatched yesterday. So it would appear that 14 days is not enough time to cancel the order. When I mentioned this to them they replied apologizing for the delay and that they hoped that I enjoyed my item when it arrives. Usually get good service from CDWow but their customer services seem to be on autopilot not bothering to read what's in front of them.

Cashback tracked overnight and quick to process order. However, took a while to get CD from Hong Kong with the Christmas post, it did arrive at the last minute on Christmas Eve!

Service not as quick as when used before. CDs used to arrive within a week, even from Hong Kong. but orders for this Christmas took three to four weeks!

Would NEVER use again! Although cashback tracked quickly my items which were said to have been posted on 9th Dec has just arrived today - well one item has I am still waiting on the other. I ordered 2 cd's both the same for Christmas Presents and had to re buy them on the high street before Christmas. I emailed the supplier and was told that the items would be delayed and not lost in post - very poor service - however on a positive note thanks to topcashback as always for the tracking and this will be some compensation.

Tracked straight away but DVDs ordered at the beginning of December did not arrive in time for Christmas although they had been despatched. One arrived 2 January and still waiting for a CD to arrive. CD Wow were very good at responding to emails and have offered a refund as goods didn't arrive in time.

Great prices but delivery is very slow. I ordered in time for Christmas, CD arrived after. CD Wow are OK if you don't mind waiting a month or so for an order to arrive. If you need an item quickly then use a more reliable online retailer like HMV instead.

Cashback tracked quickly.
Waited a long time for first 2 items to be delivered...about 2 and a half weeks which is why I was pleasantly surprised when my third item arrived in just over week (just after the xmas period).
More than satisfied with the actual items however if you require your item(s) quickly then wouldn't advise to order from them and don't bother with trying to contact their customer services as you'll either not receive or response or you'll receive an automated one.

Don't buy anything from them. They have a serious delivery issue most of the things I've ordered have taken well over 3 weeks to be delivered from dispatch and some still have arrived. Its not worth the hassle trust me.
