I made a purchase on 9 Oct, and it did not track. I raised a claim, but apparently TCB are still waiting for a response from Clarks.

Order each pair separately. If you return any pair from a multiple order they decline all cash back. Very unfair and stupid as this will cost them more in carriage.

I took advantage of this while the Christmas sales were going on, so well worth the bargain! It was difficult to find a good pair of shoes in store due to lack of variety, so the website gave more of a selection in my price range, with free delivery too :o)
