As always, purchasing product and returning it if necessary are no problem with Clarks, as their customer service is great. Only minor downside is that the cashback takes ages to become payable, but at least it does eventually.

Still waiting since August for confirmed cashback to go payable. Whenever you collect in store kids shoes I have to chase up the cashback. Waiting for two amounts now. Not impressed at all. Its a same because I like the products and spend alot on shoes in this store for my kids. I never had a problem with Kidstart website so will probably go back to that one for Clarks.

Clarks refused to pay cashback despite the fact that it had tracked correctly from TopCashback. Claimed I had used another referring website which is untrue. Apparently they are unable to tell me which website. Shame on you Clarks.
Watch cashback tracking very carefully.
This seems to be an increasing problem with retailers reneging on cashback deals.

Fantastic service and cashback a nice little bonus on already very discounted prices. Free postage (essential!) so that fitted my purchase criteria. Cashback tracked quickly, but has seemed quite slow to go across to pending. Hopefully there will not be a problem with it becoming payable but time will tell.

bought these for my husband as he is always, like me, going outside with his slippers on. These are hardwearing, quality slippers and should last ages. delivered quickly, have not checked for cashback yet so cant comment on speed of that

Bought Kemble Biscuit, so comfortable for the height of heel! And Neeve Ella GTX as I can't justify a pair of Dubarrys & these are a great substitute. Went for free delivery, order processed next day & delivered after that! So glad I didn't pay for next day delivery. Very pleased & to top it all get TCB cashback too x

I seem to remember that it tracked and was confirmed pretty quickly, but it's now past the 'estimated payment' date and I still haven't received payment.
I'm confident that it'll happen eventually though...

The Clarks website is very easy to use, they offer free shipping and free returns. Speed of delivery is 1st class - they use Yodel (formerly Home Delivery Network) and I've often received items within 48 working hours. Products are the usual high quality we have come to expect from Clarks. Overall I consider Clarks must be one of the best online shopping experiences in the UK. And they offer reasonable cashback rates !!
