Order arrived within a day. Well packaged with free P &P and returns. Good communication. Tracked quickly. Unfortunately shoes did not fit and had to be returned. Refunded quickly with email confirmation. Pleasantly surprised and highly impressed with the level of service and would definitely recommend. If you know what you want It beats the high street experience.

Excellent service in terms of product, delivery and returns, however whilst I only returned part of my order, no cash back was paid at all. I would have thought that the % of the cashback relating to the shoes kept would have still been payable.

Another good experience. Goods arrived very promptly and well packaged. A wrong size pair of sandals was returned to a local Clarks branch without any quibble at all - in fact service was extremely helpful - a rarity these days!

Second time I have placed an order with Clarks. The shoes arrived in two days. You are able to leave a message on the ordering form as to where you would like your parcel left. This is so much better than having to hang around to sign for the delivery. Excellent service.

Cashback pending in a few hours - shoes delivered within a few days (free delivery) and shoes 1/2 price in the sale - couldn't ask for anything more - great service apart from shoes rubbing my poor heels to pieces :( Would recommend.
