I tried to use the Click & Collect as the item I wanted was in a store 1 mile away. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked if I had the same return rights as an online buy - it isn't, it's the same as a store buy - be warned, you can only return if the box is still sealed. I went ahead and was brought my laptop - in an UNSEALED box, not only was the box open, the internal packaging was open, so maybe it had been used to demo. Got an immediate refund - not impressed. No cachback there then!
