After the purchase made in Jan 2010, cashback date given as Feb 2010. I am still waiting and as it is now over 100 days, I am unlikely to receive this cashback. I did request TCB to look into the matter some months ago but nothing was ever done.

Cashback tracks very quickly have used 3 times now and all but one which was few weeks ago have confirmed and been paid. The latest one is confirmed was due to be paid 31/10/10. But then change to 30/09/10.
Good company will deal with time and time again.
