£6 cash-back payable at £0! The jokers took a £20 delivery charge off my credit card (not authorised at check out by me) on a free delivery product. Got them to refund it though - probably why the cashback failed - or maybe they dont like people who use a 5% discount code & a cashback site?! Still cheapest price around for my 7kg washing machine. Cashback should always be seen as a bonus.

I bought appliances to the value of £826.04, originally the cashback tracked (approx £26) but Comet have refused the pay the cashback and a zero appears in the cashback box. I bought other appliaces from retailers on the site at the same time as I was having a new kitchen fitted. I would avoid purchasing from Comet as the other retailers on the site offer good value, delivered on time and paid their cashback.

Purchased item in Sept 2010, tracked quickly however made payable today and has gone to £0.00. Avoid comet, seems to be a pattern developing, as this is consistent with other TCB members who have used comet!

Item bought in August and tracked - it became payable today (30th Nov) and the cash back amount has changed to zero... I have done everything right, ordered the product to be delivered, kept the product, but still cash back denied. Second time this has happened to me first time with another cashback site and secondly TCB..... Avoid Comet!

Comet used to be fairly expensive online a while ago but I think they have sorted themselves out. Prices were very competitive and the service in-store when I picked up the goods was excellent.

Purchased an item from Comet via Topcashback site on 29th July, 2010. Although the Cashback amount appeared on my fairly quckly - four months later when the amount was shown as payable, it had reduced from £6.21 to £0.00??
