Click and Collect was a breeze, even when waiting to collect, the staff were very friendly, normally in that situation they'll know that you've made your purchase essentially and leave you alone, but this guy was nice enough to chat with me to pass the time as I waited in line.

delivered items on day and time promised Drivers even called to see which side of lunchtime to deliver . then they unpacked and removed unwanted electric items. excellent

terrible service - saw item on site - went to pick up - photograph on site very misleading - the photo showed desktop and monitor together - when my wife went to pick it up - they said it was a mistake and monitor was not included - phoned customer service and they were very unhelpful!!

Went to collect from Comet in Scarborough. They had no car park and had to leave van to collect on double yellows to collect washing machine and load it.
