31 December and yet another merchant who hasn't paid up on time. 2010 has been a terrible year for payments. I have used the site a good 6 or 7 times for insurance and other purchases and every time the expected pay date elapses. 2009 on the other hand I seemed to remember was quite painless! Here's hoping for a pain free 2011!

Yet again I think I will have to submit a missing cashback claim against comet, I have used them twice and had to follow them up twice. Need I say more i,m obviously one of the unluckiest 1% of comets customers.

Was hesitant about how the reserve and collect would work with the cashback, tracked very quickly but not due till end Jan so lets see if received. Apart from a couple of people in store not knowing where the click and collect point was, the service was very efficient and surprisingly lacking the typical hard sell of protection insurance.....overall very good waiting for cash to become available before going back
