Got home and found it had been opened and re sealed. No starter inks, took it back the next day and they said "Oh you only get a few pages out of those inks, I'll sell you a set at half price" Bearing in mind you can get them a third cheaper online anyway. I said it's not the point, I want a new unopened one. After much persuasion they did it for me. Comet is staffed by cocky young lads all trying to out do each other. With online stores like Amazon chomping at their heels I would suggest trying a bit of 'added value' in the form of excellent customer service as this is the only thing they could use as a ammunition against online stores.
Amazon for me next time, you just lost a customer.

I used the reserve and collect link. Tracked fine the day after I collected the goods, then a week later the cashback disappeared to £0. Useless. Will use Curry's in future, their reserve and collect tracked fine.
