I bought an expensive dishwasher. It didn't track, so I submitted a missing cashback request. Comet refused my claim and Topcashback said there was no more that could be done. All in all a very unimpressive situation. Needless to say I will purchase from elsewhere next time as I have never had this problem before.

Only gave one star as I could not indicate "none". Product failed in less than 3 months. Customer service non-existent. Left on hold on premium rate lines, told to contact manufacturere myself to arrange repair, no information on progress, told that 28 days to repair is reasonable!

Ordered printer online and picked up at store within the hour, no problems. Cashback had tracked by the time I returned from the store. Never had a problem with Comet, highly recommend.

Comet is my closest electrical store, so always look for their deals/cash back. Problem with my local store is getting the attention of some of the staff. Use click and collect, so go straight to the tills, usually find either they are having a chat on the phone or huddled around in a group having a chat! I then feel like I have interrupted them if I ask for some service.
On a positive note, store is usually well stocked and click and collect works well.

wrong rpodcut sent then nightmare to get it sorted. couldnt get through to them myself and had to go into a store to try and sort it though told if you buy online you cant get refund/help through an actual store. Awful customer service, I wont be buying with them online again!
