If you have previously had dealings with credit expert within the last 5 years the free trial does not apply and you will be charged £7.99 from day you reapply.

Details seemed to have changed since I signed up, I ended up with 50p, I'm pretty sure I was meant to get more than that, also forgot to cancel after first month, and again the second month, worth noting the billing date is every 30 days and not a fixed day. Very annoying, wouldn't bother again.

Tracked within a couple of hours and very easy to sign up. It's amazing how much information you tend to forget about yourself. Tried equifax first but kept getting error message for trial membership.

Couldn't sign up for this offer, completed all my personal details and payment details only to get:
"We are sorry, but there has been a problem processing your order. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service team on freephone 0800 656 9000, where one of the team will be happy to help. They are available Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm. "
I don't know what the problem is!

Had to submit a missing cashback request and it's still waiting to be confirmed. But the service is very good and they're super efficient and friendly if there are any problems on your report.

This is not about tracking your cashback, it's about the Credit Expert (aka Experian) free tial subscription. When you sign-up you will see your credit report but if you want to see your actual credit score, which is the important bit, they charge you £5:00 plus. Also to cancel your Credit Expert trial membership, you can't do it online, you have to call them on 0800 656 9000 and select option 4, where they will try to talk you out of cancelling!
