Be aware you can only cancel by phone if you can get through but you don't get a reminder to let you know when and how. The phone number takes some effort to find. Nice scam to get the £7.99 first payment then they still try to talk you out of cancelling. Not worth the effort.

IF you want to cancel, you can only do it by phone. I tried but it was busy then emailed to see if it could be done by internet but got no reply. By the time I cancelled I had run over by 1 day and it cost £7.99 for the privelidge. They do not send any messages to let you know you are to end your free trial so be aware.

Really surprised at how interesting this was.
The information is spot on and really easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone with or without debt (im without but it is still interesting).

Although Credit Expert is a good thing to use, I would not recommend tracking your subscription. They take over half a year to issue a petty £1.50 and even then only give 50 pence!!! Very cheeky, so a word of warning only track if your going to subscribe anway.
Every other retailer has tracked cashback fine, Credit Expert just DO NOT pay out.

This hasn't tracked or payed me one month later. I took the free trial, (and haven't cancelled yet, one month on) and there's been no topcashback response on my account yet and probably won't be. Disappointed!!

The report I recieved from CreditExpert was very clear and easy to understand. When I telephoned to end my free trial, the lady on the phone asked if I still had financial connections to my ex-husband and explained that if he got into financial trouble in the future, it could affect my credit file as he was still connected to me. She advised me to keep the free trial open, fill out a form, email it to them and they would remove him from my file. A week later, I telephoned again to end my free trial and commented that my ex-husband was still linked to my file and the man on the phone said that they had made an error and that they would keep my free trial running until they resolved the issue. I am very impressed with the service they offered, considering it was only a free-trial and the customer service on the telephone has also been very friendly and accommodating. This is a genuine offer and well worth trying.

Failed to track, but claimed it and TopCashback staff managed to solve that in less than a week. Also, the service is impressive, if you're concerned about keeping a good credit score and like to monitor your credit report, CreditExpert is an excellent service. You also get cashback during the first year, if you're interested in keeping it after the trial.

I struggle to see the long term benefits of this service but I was happy I could check my credit rating as part of the trail.

I signed up for the 30 day free trial purely out of curiosity after seeing the tv adverts. Found the information really interesting but didn't feel that I wanted to carry on my subscription after the trial ended. Spoke to a guy called chris who was very helpful and even pointed out something I missed on my report before cancelling my subscription without any problems.
