Tracked very quickly.
Very easy to apply for the service, and comprehensive product once I had signed up. When I called customer services to cancel the account they were very helpful - even told me about looking at my credit score (which I thought I had to pay extra for, but they told me it was all part of the free trial!).
Even though it is a free trial, they do not cancel the account straight away, it is left open for the full 30 days, so I have peace of mind that I won't be charged, but have full access to my credit report.
Recommended.

The credit report was accurate and quick. However, only need to check occasioanlly, so a running subscription is not worth it.

very poor cashback experience with this company. the only positive thing was the service provided by TCB which was outstanding in eventually getting the cashback from them at all.

Very easy to set up, use and cancel the free trial the next day. Tracked within hours.
But after seeing the credit report, and trying a similar trial with another company, I'm now thinking I might actually subscribe to Credit Expert. :-)

Beware, if you get through all the application forms online, and then get a message to call them to confirm something you will not receive the cashback. I had to send copies of passport, and utility bills. I did see the report in the end, luckily as I suspected nothing to flag. I only did this for the great offer last month, of £17 cashback, which I won't receive. I have canceled the trail over the phone.

absolute trash, show off with big cashback then ask you to ring up and waste your time. worth it if you get paid though. gamble at your own risk. at the mo 50/50

wow the easiest cash back- i thought i would be hasseled to contiue the subscription but after a week i called the freephone cancelation number and they were happy to help wth any questions about the info on my credit file and cancelled it very quickly with no obligation - pleasent staff and cancellation confirmstion via email within 10 mins
