Tracked fine and cashback is on its way to my bank account now. :) A not bad product, too, although did not tell me anything about my finances or past agreement that I did not already know.

Took up the free 30 day trail to get the £15 cashback. To be fair to them they did pay out in the end..... Tracked and confirmed quickly but took over 4 months to become payable. Cant really complain considering its free money!

I would highly recommend signing up for the credit expert 30 day free trial as a minimum. The service offered really opens your eyes to what companies see about you when they do credit checks. I also had no problems with cancelling the account at the end of the trial. Cashback tracked straight away although after the 30 day trial period it is still showing as pending so I am still waiting ti see if I do actually get cash back for free.

Tracked quickly, paid out after 3 months. Very pleased. Only downside is that you have to phone to cancel the 30 day trial, rather than online.

I thought Experian's service and 30 day trail was good and I had no problems cancelling. However, I did my trial in January and still haven't recieved cashback yet. I notice that Experian have only paid cashback for transactions up to November 2010 yet and their last payment was in Feb. Maybe their credit rating isn't as good as mine with all that money they must owe people! Will continue to wait for the cashback but not holding my breath.

Did not track at first but after submit missing cashback enquiries it tracked but still waiting to be payable.I like the report on my Credit Status some are good and some are bad.It is good to know what your creditors written about you. Easy to cancell the free trial I use the freefone numbers from the other member, and saved a lot on phone bills.

Transaction was eventually tracked after submitting a claim.
Be aware that it is valid for 30 days and not a day more.
I was charged for a month after receiving false information from Credit Expert but I managed to get a refund for the monthly fee as it was their mistake.
