AVOID THESE LIARS!
Don't have your credit rating sullied by Credit Experts who fail to pay up cashback.
My cashback tracked in Dec 2011 and it's now seven months later without payment.
Don't get fooled by them.

Very misleading. This isn't a 30 day trial at all. The trial commences as soon as you have completed the initial forms but it can take up to 5 days to receive the PIN you need to access the service.

Did not track automatically, so had to submit a manual claim. However, in spite of this merchant's management agency for online marketing having a different approach to resolving cashback claims, the manual tracking was quick and then took about 15 weeks to reach payable stage, only a little longer than the suggested 12-13 weeks.

tracked very quickly,however you do have to wait 5 days to get a pin to be able to activate the trial,so really 25 day trial

Whilst the product itself was very good, Experian has proved to be very much slower at paying the cashback as opposed to trying to get you to continue to subscribe to its product. Commenced the trial period on 5 October and now 13 March and still waiting for the cashback!

VERY POOR - THEY FREELY AND FRAUDULENTLY GAVE MY DETAILS OUT TO AN IMPOSTOR WHO UTILISED THEIR REPORT TO BYPASS BANK SECURITY QUESTIONS AND EMPTY MY BANK ACCOUNTS. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

Whoever said you cannot get money for nothing, they were clearly wrong. This is quick easy cashback and you get a 30 day free trial of their excellent credit check facility. If you do not cancel within the 30 day trial period, you will be charged £14.99 a month. Ouch! Cancelling the trial is easy and you do not have to wait 30 days before cancelling. Even if you cancel, you will still be able to use the service for the full 30 days. The easiest and quickest way of cancelling the trial is to phone them up on 0844 3350550 (020 7298 3000, and ask for customer services can also work), select option 2 and quote your account reference. I was pleased to see that I got the highest credit score of 999! The website also gives good advice on how to improve your credit rating. Go for it!

Was not happy to receive letter in post with my name printed in full, not just initials and surname eg. Mr Runer Grand Smith, instead of Mr R G Smith. Especially when they promote identity theft prevention and protection.

Got the cashback. Had a problem cancelling the account. Tried to cancel on the last day lines open up till 7pm - BUT NOT the cancel dept they close at 6pm. The guy I spoke to refused to cancel so I wrote an email stating the web site was wrong as it took several clicks to get to the page that says if you want to cancel we close at 6pm and all the prev pages say 7pm, they agreed and refunded my extra months fee that was took from the man who refused to cancel.
All in all good - but why you would subscribe is beyond me, I only joined for 1) the cashback 2) I wanted to move house and needed to check my credit score
