	Eleven months on and no sign of the cashback despite a claim being made, no blame on TC for this if my experience when trying to close my free trial with Experian is anything to go by. Very disappointing all round service from a so called professional organisation, I am now very wary of Experian and their claims

	Ignore the stars.. 0 Doesnt track, put a claim in.. TCB said claim would take 2-3 months.. which would mean you go well over the 1 months free trial and end up paying 1-2 payments.. To cancel submit a query on their site and asked for your account to be cancelled.

	Over 12 months and a missing cash back claim , and then to top it off a declined Claim so not the greatest experiance and a decline at the end too. Thank you very much Experian. If your gonna sign up just for a free bit of cash, think twice. if your signing up to get information and couldn't care less if its tracked or not then go ahead.

	Tracked very quickly & very quick, easy (and free!) to cancel by freephone. Product itself is also interesting- Alerts every time an organisation runs a check on you and detailed reports. Highly recommended.

	Just joined the service for cashback. When time to cancel costumer service will try to maintain the service and offer you new options. But can be a very useful service. Worth try it!

	Easy to join Credit Expert and useful info received but did not track (since 21 Aug). Submitted claim to Topcashback, acknowledged speedily and await outcome.

	Paid within weeks of signing up. Only down side is you have to call the company to cancel the free tial and they try to hassle you into staying!!

	Took 9 months to get cashback. Anyone who would pay £14.99 a month for this must be mad! You can look at your credit report for £2 but you only need to look at it once every few years. Once you've checked the info held is correct tehn it won't change. If you have defaulted on any loans or make continual credit applications you may need to check it maybe once a year. Why would you want to pay them £180 per year to tell you about information they hold about you?? When I cancelled the free trial they offered me the service for £7.99 a month. I think this goes to show how desperate they are for buisiness for a useless service

	We signed up to Credit Expert on 11 October 2011. The cash back has been confirmed but still no payment, even after manual claim put in. They seem to have also given our details to other companies. I would definitely say its not worth it...don't get lulled in by the 'free' £5. Its a hassle and it seems like they don't pay out any way.

	Has taken over 6 months and still no cashback! also I have been plagued with spam emails, calls and texts since signing up for this trial. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

	NO Cashback after 10 months! Claim was accepted in October 2011 but merchant keeps FAILING to actually pay it! Topcashback have broken their promises twice now that all outstanding, old payments would be included in the next Batch! DON'T believe a word this merchant claims, they repeatedly lie and even mislead Topcashback, so bow can they be trusted? I wish I had never signed up or trusted them with my personal information!

	just phoned to cancel this product and my mistake thought i had read 1 months free trial but it is 30 days. 1 day out and they have charged me £14.99. still have not paid the cashback amount so i am well out of pocket.
