This was my first attempt at cashback after having joined and i admit i was dubious but the whole process was seamless. I rang to cancel after a week and the staff member was great and after having explained my options there was no hesitation in cancelling my account.The report itself was interesting and explained a few things. The account remains available til the end of the month and the cashback was payable within 3 weeks!!

my cashback tracked straightaway however it has been several months at the confirmed stage.
the statistics show they last received a payment in Nov for transactions in Oct - that's interesting as mine was in July and ive still not got it payable! hmm... wondering if it will come payable or not.

I was wary after reading some of these reviews but figured I had nothing to lose. Cancelled after three weeks, no problems, £10.10 now marked as Payable less than two months later. Nice! Would recommend giving it a punt.

Signed up for the free trial in June. Cashback not tracked. Lodged a missing cashback claim after 3 weeks. Experian has still not replied 14 weeks later. The Credit Report was very helpful and I was able to cancel the trial easily. If you are relying on the cashback, don't bother.

I've never looked at my credit report so this was an excellent opportunity to see what Experian has to offer and to check that all the details they hold on me are correct. It all went very smoothly and the report was fascinating - thankfully all seems to be in order. After about 3 weeks of the trial I called their freephone number to cancel my subscription, explaining that my affairs are very straightforward and I did not feel the need to continue with it. The representative was very friendly and polite - he was duty bound to explain all the different subscriptions available, but was not in any way pushy or aggressive. My subscription was cancelled as requested and I was kept informed of the progress of this. Even though I cancelled, my report was available to view for the full 30 days of the trial. Cashback was received from TopCashback sooner than I expected - I think it took about 11 weeks. A brilliant and informative offer - many thanks to Experian and TCB

Very poor as cash back didn't get issued for free trial as promised. Not heard much from Top Cash Back since lodging complaint over 4 months ago, so not sure if I'll ever get my money.

I actually wanted to check my credit report so I was happy to find the free trial and the cashback was just a bonus...which is lucky because 6 months later and I it has still not been paid.
The actual report is useful but I would never pay £14.99 even as a one off for this service. Customer service was polite but try too hard to persuade you to continue the subscription. I also was charged £14.99 despite cancelling in time, however this was refunded within a few days after I called to complain.
Not worth the hassle if you are just looking for free cashback.

Took out the free trial and emailed Experian to cancel after about 2 weeks which all was fine. Cashback stayed at confirmed for about 7 months before being paid. Needed a few prompts by tcb through a support ticket but all fine in the end. Worth doing but expect payment to be slow. Cashback is cashback with no cost so happy.

Don't be tempted by the free trial and the cashback - like so many others they tried to charge me 25 days into the trial
Secondly, I took the offer in December 2013 and in May 2014 still no TCB (claim lodged). You'd be better off begging for spare change!

Waste of time. If you want 8 quid find some empty bottles and sell them on ebay. Chances are you'll get your money quicker than the cashback through topcashback. Jokes.

Cashback tracked at a lower amount than advertised. When I tried to cancel the membership I got put through to someone who couldn't speak English well and was unable to deal with my request who then started being rude and shouted at me. I then emailed customer services asking to cancel my membership due to the telephone operator being unable to do his job and they just sent me a generic email about cancellation.
