A good reminder to find out which accounts are still active but not used for donkey months! Knew my credit was good just need to cancel some of the inactive accounts.

Still waiting for cashback, had to submit a claim and still waiting. Also tried to cancel but they kept changing log in details, even after telephone calls couldn't get to cancel in time so ended up paying £14.99 and NO cashback to date. Also records didn't go as far back as I hoped.
