Be careful when you leave. I checked my account to see if it was cancelled, but if you log in again, they automatically renew it!!How bad is that!!
Found cancelling helpful, but bordering on annoying. I just wanted to cancel and not go through a sales pitch, which was more like a scare pitch. Interesting how they offer a much cheaper £1.99 credit monitoring service which is far cheaper than £14.99 monthly fee they offer - if you feel you need it. Could just pay the £2 every other month to do the same for a lot less!!

Took me years to end my free trial report because the customer service were being stupidly difficult. offering me other things etc.. I told them, I want to cancel! Jesus.. other than that at least they have tracked! unlike equifax!! :|

Only signed up for free trial to get cash back but when I went to cancel staff were very helpful and managed to give me some great advise for my circumstances, offered me timelines and still advised I was able to cancel at any time. no pressurised sales pitch just good friendly helpful advice.

Set up was quick and very useful information they are providing you with. They even emailed me when my credit account had been checked when i applied for a credit card in case it was fraud, very nice service, i'd even be tempted to pay for the subscription.

Excellent deal - signed up for free 30 day trail for £15. Very helpful to see scoring as I had recently been refused a loan, even tho I had a top credit score according to Experian. Called to cancel and the woman I spoke to was very helpful, she advised me on how different things effect credit decisions and advised me on ways of improving my overall report. Did have to submit a missing cashback claim, but it was showing with a week. Recommended.

Fantastic cashback opportunity. It was hugely helpful to look at my credit score and other info on the site, and when i phoned to cancel my membership following the 30 day free trial, it was stress free - staff were friendly and helpful and whole cancellation process took less than 5 minutes! Super rate of cashback, logged within an hour or so. Thanks and well done once again TCB!

The Credit report website was easy to use and interesting to find out your credit history. I stopped the account after the 30 day free trial, but they have given me a basic account for a year at no cost, so if there is any activity, they send me an email.
