Applied for free trial on 8 Jan and received welcome email from Credit Expert. Cashback didn't track so have raised a query with TCB - waiting for them to chase. Must remember to cancel 30-day trial by the end of Jan! Not interested in my credit score so didn't pay extra to see this. Not really impressed with the report - most of the information was what I gave them when I filled in the application form.

I started the free trial on the 8th January and it has not even registered on my account yet, will submit a claim in the next few days, as for the report it is not free because you have to pay to see your rating!!!

Be aware that if you have EVER had a trial with Credt Expert you are NOT a new customer, so you won't get any cashback and, worse, you will be billed their monthly fee of £7.99 on the day you apply. They will NOT refund that charge as it is termed a reactivation of account.

Didn't track so had to submit manual claim which appeared a short while later. No problem cancelling free trial via phone. Cashback is still only pending though....

Tracked quickly, signed up for the free trial with £15 cashback. Some people have commented that you get no reminder your free trial is coming to an end, I just made a note to remind me when to cancel by. Cancelling by phone took around two minutes, very friendly customer service and there was no harassment to stay with them. All in all very please.

To cancel, instead of calling the 0844 481 0800 number which can be a tad expensive use this number i found instead 0800 561 0083 :)

transaction tracked, but not payed. so after a MONTH of waiting, I unsubscribed from CreditExpert by phone them on FREE phone provided in thier FAQ. The service is good, but I doubt I will visit them soon, as I learned/copy all need info.

Unfortunately missed out on the really high cashback, as I encountered problems with the login (it transpired that I had registered years ago). Credit expert customer service sorted it out quite quickly and reset my account so that I could reregister and get the usual cashback, which tracked fine.
