Great Deal
Purchased a freezer and also a fridge/freezer separately and got a good cashback deal. Would have been even better if we'd purchased them at the same time, but we weren't aware of that at time.

Didnt get the advertised rate
Buy this big fancy laptop for christmas and enjoy ten percent cashback. I got 5%. I could have got it cheaper elsewhere. Currys = never using them again.

History of Declining Cashback
Spend nearly £200 on a Ninja air fryer and Currys declined my TCB for no valid reason. Looking at the recent reviews they have a long history of rejecting payments. They were more than happy to accept my £200 order SHAME ON YOU CURRYS

Zero would be more accurate
Zero would be more accurate cause that is how much cashback I've had from Currys over 5 years and multiple purchases. If you are choosing Curry's ahead of another retailer on the basis of cashback, don't. I don't understand why Top Cashback deal with so many companies that don't pay out

Very disappointed with Currys
When I bought the TV, I'm sure the Top Cashback discount was 20%, so I placed the order. In the end, because Top Cashback didn't return the full 20% amount, only a partial amount was refunded. After spending over a year negotiating with the hotline and realizing that it's impossible to get the full discount back, I've learned a lesson and won't be using this service again in the future.

No automatic payment, absolutely don't recommend
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing with Currys because of the good cashback rate offered. Nothing appeared in my account so I made sure to lodge my complaint promptly. However Top Cashback have responded saying it is on ice for 40 days as they only submit complaints to Currys in bulk batches monthly. It sounds as though they have a lot! I will keep pursuing the cashback but I think Currys are dishonest and rely on people losing the will to live and giving up. It also makes me lose faith in Top Cashback. If they know how bad Currys are then they shouldn't promote them on the website

Terrible retailer
I spent around £700 a month at moment at Curry's and not once have I received the cash back. So will buy the products from elsewhere at a higher price with cash back rather than put money in Curry's pocket I do not understand why Topcashback do not deal with these retailers

Regularly rejects cashback payments
I've had a number of refusals with cashback from Currys, the worst being a high purchase value of £1331.67 . I'm literally sitting in my lounge looking t the purchase as we speak, but no, Currys say the order was not complete, the customer returned the order. Another refusal they like is "not been identified as the last channel to your sale". On my latest refusal, a relatively low spend one, they again refused but fair play to topcashback who stepped in an paid it as a goodwill gesture.

They are the worst in missing cashback.. despite tracking, they will claim they didn't see Topcashback as a cause in the puchase.

Slow Payment, required a dispute case
After market research purchased through Currys due to significant cashback value on new laptop. Cashback was originally missing (despite both browsing from TCB site, and having TCB browser plugin installed). Required raising a support case, initially delayed for "validation period", then delayed whilst actually review (another 90day estimate). Eventually got payout ~3months after purchase. 3months is a significant delay and stress if you've factored nearly £100 into "can I afford this purchase?". Increasingly having to fight for topcashback payments, and are no longer immediate and/or guaranteed, only finding out if commitments are upheld *after* you, the customer, have made the purchase. This, and several other recent transactions, mean I will no longer prioritise purchasing decisions based on *potential* TCB gains.

Ambiguous T&Cs
Cashback declined on OLED TV because another item on the same order had a promotional code applied to it. You need a law degree to be able to unravel the T&Cs of both TopCashback and Currys and how they interplay with each other. So a Currys (non-TopCashback) offer applied to one item negated a TopCashback offer on the OLED TV. The TopCashback offer tipped the balance in favour of Currys for me this time. The other option was John Lewis who nearly always have the same pricing and offers as Currys. I should have stuck with John Lewis.
