Easy to use website even when purchasing on my tablet. Only downside is the amount of time it takes for the cashback to go from pending to paid in. It does take longer than other websites I have ordered things from.

Waiting 4 months - tracked but still 'not payable'. Had to put in a dispute, resolved in my favour BUT still unable to get my money. Annoying as it's the 2nd largest amount on my account. Don't see much point in buying through TCB is you can't actually get the cash.

Cashback never tracks and always needs a manual claim despite following advice such as clearing cookies. They are the only one I tend to have problems with so seems specific to them.
