Well I ordered my item 16th November 2013, waited and waited for the cashback. Beginning to give up hope when, it became payable, I have recieved my full cashback a total of £414 can't believe it. Thank you very much ernest jones. I will be back.

Although my purchase was confirmed very quickly it took from 20th Jan until 20th May to pay up. I am pleased with my cash back amount but be prepared to wait for your expected payment. It is much too slow in my opinion.

I have been waiting since September 2013 for my cashback. Although Topcashback are aware that they have not received any cash back from this company since September 2013 they still continue to advertise Ernest Jones on their web site. And the only reply is that they have contacted the supplier.

item ordered in nov - spent over £2000 so i was happy to see my claim was confirmed - however nearly 6 months later i am still waiting for it to reach a payable stage...smaller claims may complete in 10 weeks but im not happy that im still waiting!!!!!

Item tracked quickly with correct cashback but still awaiting payment having ordered shoes in September 2013. Topcashback quick to respond to my follow up but did not instil confidence issue will be resolved. Disappointing overall experience to date.

I bought a diamond ring in August 2013 and the cash back is still pending. Top cash back doesn't make it easy o chase it up either. Feel a bit cheated by this web site. )-:

placed my order in Early November. There was an issue with the item being delivered directly which meant i had to go into the store twice (the made a mistake about it being in store as well hence the second visit). The item and the service (barring the mistakes they made) were both very good. The staff really do seem to care about your experience and were very apologetic. The cash back tracked quickly but as yet still no payment and that's almost 20 weeks at the point of putting in this review. I would have to say that i would avoid this merchant in the future if i was using cash back as part of my buying decision. If your not fussed about the cash back ever turning up then they seem to be ok.

Made the purchase in October 2013, its now April 2014 and still no cash back. Its been on payable for ages and I have had no help from top cash back or ernest jones to resolve the matter. They have just said its taking longer than expected. I would not recommend using. Brought items from other companies in Feb that have already paid out. Ernest jones are a joke!

Ordered product on 16 November 2013 received item, very pleased with everything. Cashback showing very quickly, but same as all the other posts still awaiting cashback to be payable, starting to worry that it won't be pais al all.

I purchased a product from EJ on 14th August 2013 resulting in £75 cashback. The claim was instantly logged, and soon after moved to "confirmed"...which was a good start! However I've yet to see movement to payable in the past 7 months. I raised a ticket with TC but they said nothing more than "we expect payment - sorry for the delay - we are chasing". Can't say I'm too upset as I was going to make the purchase anyway - whether there was cashback available or not. Just leaves me with a bitter taste of Ernest Jones going forward. :-(

Placed order on 8th December 2013. Great product, delivered very promptly and in excellent condition. No problem with purchase, cashback tracked immediately and confirmed by merchant, but still not paid 12 weeks later (estimate was 10 weeks). A great rate of cashback, but very poor follow through.

Have so far waited four months for my tracked cashback to become payable (still hasn't) and took a look at this merchants statistics, last payment received by topcashback was Sept 2013...... And they still advertise them?! Look at the most recent comments and be wary.

As expected...no cashback received after waiting for 10 months. Was expecting £99 which isn't a small amount. No reasons given either. Just like some of the other buyers, shopping with Ernest Jones has been a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend that people fall into their trap of getting cashback and making a purchase and evidently there will be none.

Cashback still hasn't been paid for a November purchase also asked for a gift warp and message and they printed the message on the dispatch paper and packed it in a dented and broken box. the picture on the site showed a nice white card and a white wrapped ring. terrible shop to make purchases with online maybe better in store.

I made a purchase with EJ back in April'13. Having nudged and messaged topcashback, they finally got a response from the merchant who completely declined the cashback citing no reasons whatsoever. I shouldn't have purchased from EJ and now I am determined to never buy anything from their stores either. They can't keep their word so whats the point. Totally disappointed.

No cashback since April 2013. Several nudges but just reports that query is on hold. Full details provided of order which should make claim easy so no reason for non payment but after 8 months will it ever materialise?

Still not received any cashback on 2 items I received from the Merchant, reported it to Top cashback,this was for Mens earrings (difficult to find) will not use the company again as used them because of the Cashback.

Totally useless customer service lost item on a deliver to store took nearly 2 weeks to sort .I was refused a refund as if it was my fault they had lost the item.

Used them Xmas' 2011 and made a substancal purchase, never recieved the cashback & the service from EJ was really poor. Even Top Cash Back tried there best for me. Will never use EJ Again!

Every time I have shopped with Ernest jones the cashback is not given. Been waiting since October for an answer from them. Would never shop with them again, really poor. No wonder they have fantastic rates, as they don't pay!
