Ordered for a birthday present for 60th in Feb 2010. Sent 2 nudges (May and Aug), but still no retailer response. Was trying to help parents with cashback, will go elsewhere next time. Only saving grace was that they liked the product...

Still no sigh of the transaction even tracking.. Bought engagement ring over 4 1/2 months ago, expecting about £150 cashback... submitted a claim shortly after and despite nudging regularly still nothing... Looks like i am not the only one that is getting nowhere in trying to get cashback from this retailler.....
