I bought an item to collect in store. The transaction tracked quickly with the expected amount and the item was ready for collection one day before expected. I'm very satisfied. Be careful with discount codes, only the ones at www.topcashback.co.uk can be used if you expect to get the cashback too.

I purchased a watch online, but unfortunately did not receive the cashback amount due as I was advised did not track. It took many emails back and forth to topcashback to get a final answer. very dissappointed with not receiving cashback which was due.

I was about to make a purchase for a lovely ring (£1499) as a 40th birthday present and was hoping for a large amount of cashback too. Then I saw the reviews and became a little wary of whether it will be paid or not. I went in to the store at Ernest Jones and asked the staff if there was any flexibility on the price. They agreed to a 10% discount at the discretion of the manager quite easily. I would rather go with this than wonder if TCB will ever pay out. Try it and see!

Brought two items from this retailer back in August have never recieved any cashback put in a missing cashback claim but still nothing do not expect to get cashback form this retailer!!!

Purchased my wedding ring back in April online but had to return it to the store to get a different size. Cashback tracked fine but then changed to zero when it became payable. After opening an enquiry I finally managed to get my cashback at the beginning of November. Good rate of cashback offered but would probably look at other merchants first.

Well after one year of waiting and chasing TopCashBack i've received my reply which states that I will not be receiving my cashback due to another marketing channel already receiving it. As you can imagine quite shocked to find that I will not be getting the cashback which was quite substantial as it was an expensive order. I'm even more shocked to find that a lot of people here are in the same boat and someone somewhere is receiving a hell of a lot of money (Perhaps someone at TopCashBack ??) and then claiming that there is nothing they can do about it due to data protection and the like. Amazing how people are being de-frauded by hundreds of pounds and TopCashBack can't do anything about it. Like others have mentioned, if your relying on the cashback, don't use TopCashBack and instead look at other cashback sites.

First time I've used the cashback service as I was a little wary of it before. Bought a lovely pair of diamond earrings for my girlfriend. Purchase was completed with ease and it appeared as 'tracked' in my account pretty quickly. Then I had to wait about 3 months not really sure why it took so long but reading other reviews I get the feeling this is just the norm. Anyway, it has now appeared as 'completed' in my account and my fears have been allayed. I would definitely use this topcashback website again and my girlfriend also loves her birthday pressie :D

Cleared cookies and internet history as usual before spending £300. Cashback tracked but in a few days went to zero. I was told that it went to zero as I didn't buy via topcashbak. No more help or response from EJ. Rip off - don't use! I see others are suffering the same - they are clearly dishonest!

Be careful ! They don't pay out for transactions and take over four months of repeated chasing on an Enquiry before they finally turn round and say they aren't paying 'because someone else got the cashback referal'. But won't say who or how. A complete JOKE !! Will never be using Earnest Jones again if thats the way they play.

Bought two watches on 5th May, cashback initially tracked fine and today, 1st August, cashback value has changed to £0. From reading the other reviews that appears to be happening to a lot of people. Avoid if you are actually relying on the cashback as I spent quite a bit of money expecting the cashback.

Now waited over 4 months for cashback, after buying engagement ring costing £725 and expecting to receive £101 cashback. The cashback of £101.00 showed as confirmed then went to £0 with no explanation. The ring we bought was actually really nice, and we were so impressed and delighted we were planning to use Earnest Jones wedding ring service, were they match up perfectly the engagement ring with the wedding ring. However, if we dont receive the promised cashback we certainly wont buying the £1000+ wedding ring from this retailer. Will report back on any sign, or otherwise, of cashback.

Avoid this merchant. I bought in April. 3 months later and my cashback from Ernest Jones is still pending. I only bought through Ernest Jones because I wanted the £117 cashback. I have already had to get a replacement for the ring I bought as the original was tarnished and scratched within 4 days! Bad product, bad service and bad cashback experience!

cashback should have been payable at the end of June but is still pending. I am due over £200 and not impressed with the length of time this is taking. Wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before placing my order.

AVOID. I made a £250 purchase and have been waiting since over 3 months for £26 cashback. Just logged on now and the numbers have been fiddled as follows: it now says i only paid 166 and will get ZERO pounds. AVOID
