	Avoid this retailer if you actually want to receive your cash back. As many people have found they DO NOT pay out(please read the other feedbacks). I have been waiting over 18 months and they have not responded once to the many nudges I have sent. Very poor customer service and I will never buy from this company again.

	i have not received 3 seperate CASHBACKS since december 2010 and 2 seperate trans from 2011 i do not hold up much hope from reading othr customer experiences of not received cashback

	Very disappointed - £800 on a ring and no cashback after 8 months! Multiple chasing, terrible customer service, no refunds permitted - this merchant is after your hard-earned cash with no intention of paying you the advertised cashback!! Topcashback not much help either, all in all a very bad experience!

	I have used this site at least 3 times for purchases with ernest jones - and I have only ever recieved payment once. I have been chasing up the others, one of which I have been waiting a year now and have had no response. I don't understand why ernest jones is offering cashback when they refuse to pay up

	Ordered a £1500 engagement ring in March and no tracking within a week. Raised ticket and been "waiting for retailer" over a month. Sorry if I seem impatient but the cashback is £210 so I will be really miffed if it falls into a black hole. Is it too much to ask that they have a monthly reconciliation of cashbacks? If so, they should have found mine by now. Don't know where the fault lies, but not impressed at all right now.

	Tracked quickly and then picked up from store so makes it easy and get cash back for thinking ahead.

	Purchased a ring through Ernest Jones in August 2010, still awaiting my cashback although it's starting to look like it will never surface. Shame as the reason I chose Ernest Jones through TopCashback was due to the cashback making the purchase cheaper than elsewhere. Personally I'd avoid using TopCashBack for Ernest Jones...

	Like H. Samuel's , a waste of time on cashback . Due £44.66 from purchases in Feb 2010 , tracked fine but been told that it has been paid to another cashback website but they won't reveal which site or who is dealing with it . Don't use if you want cashback , I have been chasing this for 6 months and got nowhere .

	excellent cash back amount, my goods were faulty took them back to shop and customer service was fab, no problems changed them straight away, a pleasure to do business with!

	Bought item worth £843.00 in Aug 2010.Was tracked straight away with cahs back amount of £117.60. After it got confirmed cash back amount then shouwed as zero without explanation.Took up with TOPCASH back.Sent many nudges.Received resposne on 6/01/11 that cash back was paid to someone else.I have read similar experience of other users. No firther details provided sighting data protection. I am thinking of legal action for recovery.I would not trust this retailer again though i have bought frequently from this retailer.

	Finally got my cashback claim update (6 months later) and it's been denied due to 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Seems a fob off to me. I would not recommend using this website due to other similar issues people have had with cashback. I know that you shouldn't make a purchase based on cashback but that defeats the purpose of a cashback site!
