	I saved nearly £150 on my car insurance this year with this company. Cash back rate very good and pending within hours of buying the insurance. Site easy to use. Will be checking them out for home inurance too.

	Do not even bother with this merchant. My claim was submitted in September 2010. I have been sending a nudge every couple of weeks and have not received cashback or any response from the retailer. Save yourself the bother and go elsewhere.

	These were the cheapest of some very expensive quotes this time to renew. Cheapest quotes are now 10% higher than last quotes obtained in September. Insurance companies are ripping us off!!

	Waited nearly 6 months with constant nudges being sent, still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT if you want your cashback swiftly. Its a joke!

	Nearly a year down the line after raising my query as the purchased was tracked but at £0. Still nothing from them. See other comments, so if your going to get your insurance purely for the cashback then be warned!!!

	Bought car insurance in August and still no £60 cashback (Now nearly December). Not a word or a whsiper - despite sending requests to TopCashBack.

	Bought insurance on 20/08/2010, promised 60.00 per vehicle still no sign of cashback. It is not even pending. Topcashback should remove them.

	Agree with the "robbers" comment. 4 months of TopCashBack trying to get £45 cashback, failed with "does not meet terms and conditions". Heard bad things about esure in general, will avoid forever now. To be honest, avoid cashbacks and use comparison sites, they are usually almost as cheap without all the hassle...

	Purchased car insurance from esure in August. Cash back of £45 is now payable (30/9/10) which is fast compared with some other insurance company.

	Retailer requires confirmation of no claims discount. This was troublesome as previous insurer did not provide proof despite many requests. Never been asked for this before. Now waiting for cashback, overall not such a good experience

	Esure ought to be named E-notso-sure. My, and my wife's, driving records are as clean as you can get for over 40 & 20 years respectively. Yet the quote we received was as if we had just passed our diving tests. The promise of 70% off your quote is an absolute joke. I didn't even bother looking at the cashback. No wonder Michael Winner chooses to front their adverts. They make a great partnership - jokers together!
