	Tracked quite quickly, and now after a couple of months is payable. No problems at all. However, beware of Esure's insurance excesses - I found a £100 excess for a cracked windscreen which is quite a bit above the average.

	Cashback wasn't paid, and as I hadn't logged in for a month or two I was unable to chase it up. Please check your cashback frequently so you can chase these guys up if they try to cancel your cashback!

	Cashback refused. Allegedly my cashback was allocated to a differnt cookie despite using a different browser I only use for TCB. Curiously I have had 3 large transactions at TCB which have all had cashback issues.

	Unfortunately my cashback did not track with this merchant and I did not realise until it was too late to make a back claim. Very disappointed with tcb and esure. Won't be using again, will stick to another cashback site.

	Didnt track and you have to wait for a set 30 days window to submit a missing claim the worst insurance cashbacks I have experienced.

	Paid out in 12 weeks, not the quickest on here but I find most insurers take forever to credit cashback so was pleased to have received it.

	I took out a policy in July and this has still not tracked despite a follow-up request, neither have I received any acknowledgement - dissapointed. The policy is fine, however eSure continue to remind me via email of my 'recent quote' despite having taken out a policy with them.

	The cashback never tracked despite me checking that my browser was set up for tracking. It has now been a month since I purchased the insurance and I have not heard anything. I have lodged an appeal with Topcashback and guess I have to wait ages. I will update when or if I get any news.

	Despite taking out a policy with esure because they were the cheapest quote after cashback it has been over a year and despite nudging have not received any cashback. They were also very offhand when speaking to them over the phone re policy.

	Tracked within hours at correct cashback price and with average payout timescale showing as 5 weeks. But 10 weeks later still showing as pending...

	Never received cashback. Went through claims process but after many months eSure denied purchase was made via topcashback. I can only assume the money has gone to line the pockets of a comparison site. This is the first time cashback has failed after several years use of the site, including other insurance purchases made in the same way.

	On Car Insurance the site makes assumptions, including one that the vehicle hasn't been modified rather than identifying the modification. I've got a tow bar, so that invalidates my application. Whaaaat????

	Very poor experience - I bought insurance via TCB and was refused to be paid the cashback amount based on the fact that - 'merchant has been unable to locate your queried transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this, but more likely they have been able to locate your sale - but they cannot prove that this has been the result of a Top CashBack referral' This took several months and I completed a genuine transaction and never visited or got a quote from them outside TopCashBack. Hence my very poor rating of this Merchant.

	Did a quote through topcashback and not through topcashback and the difference was £25! This isnt genuine cash back in my view.

	I followed all the instructions to ensure I would get the cash back, and it tracked quickly. However when it came to payment (which should have been a few months later) e-sure declined stating that they could not find any evidence of my policy! Reading the other genuine reviews on this website, it sounds like everyone else has the same experience. AVOID.

	Credit where it's due.....tracking and actual cashback worked a treat. All in expected timeframe. Very refreshing. Much better than some of the other merchants(!) who offer cashback but NEVER pay up.
