	Took out policy via TopCashback Dec 2012. Didn't track. Raised a missing claim Jan 2013 which says it is "with merchant". Keeping nudging but have heard nothing since. Not hopeful of receiving anything based on other reviews.

	DO NOT TOUCH ESURE !!! complete con this the final response after nearly a year of nudging: "They have confirmed that the resolution of "Transaction cannot be traced" is correct. This is not to say that your policy was not purchased, just that the transaction being made from TopCashback cannot be traced in the merchants network system." Its a joke

	Very very poor. Been waiting 9 months for cashback.The transaction tracked I have given a valid policy number. Whats the problem? Complained to TCB as it says they are the ones giving the cashback but they said esure had declined it. I cannot go to esure to complain so where from here? A valid policy with a valid tracking all refused. I agree with previous comment. I have been conned!

	Still not received Cashback. I did everything that was asked but still no payment. Nothing wrong with the insurance, just not happy with the cashback claims. This would have been the cherry on the cake, if it had turned up.

	Scam. Don't go with them. I did everything by the book and they have rejected the claim. I won't be touching them again (home, car or other).

	Despite following the Topcashback process, after many months, ailed to payout, claiming that the purchase could not be tracked - though tracking was confirmed at the time. Esure have paid out on previous occasions!

	Failed to track, esure refused the claim even though all details requested were provided and within the time frames they specify. I was clearly a new customer but they said they couldn't find my sale. Very poor. Feel like I've been conned.

	Did not track. TCB eventually followed up after about 6 months and could not obtain cashback. Buy with caution.

	Did not track and manual claim was rejected because the transaction could not be found. Also going through a manual claim with home insurance too which also has not tracked.

	Do not bother. Apparently they couldn't track my claim!! Seems a familiar story with this company. I have an insurance policy number yet they struggle to track my claim, I don't understand how this argument can be used. Only use if they have the cheapest policy to start with and expect no cash back.

	Cash never tracked for my purchase, put in a support ticket but not hopeful. Would avoid if you have a cheaper quote from elsewhere.

	Did not get any cashback and after 6 months of chasing I was told I am not going to get it. The reason given was that Esure have no record of the transaction...how convenient for them! Of course, any cashback is a bonus but when 100% of your previous transactions go through ok you naturally become very suspicious of the merchant. A very disappointing experience!

	My cashback has gone to 0. I will pursue, but after reading others experiences I'm not hopeful. Very disappointing.

	Bought my Esure car insurance a year ago (2nd sept 2011!) through top cashback. no problems with car insurance but never recived the £25 cashback. Contacted Top cashback several times and lodged several 'missing payment' but got no response and now when I request that they look into it..as my claim is more than 100 days old they cant do anything to help me. Now my car insurance is due again..a year later, wont be using this site as this was the first time id used it and have got nothing back. I'd like to comment on customer service but didnt recieve any.. dissapointed and out of pocket as could have made savings if id gone elsewhere. keep raking in the big bucks top cashback! you'll be fine! rick porter

	Took out a car policy in May 2009 expecting £45 in Cashback. I know that you should never take a policy out purely on Cashback, but the truth of the matter is that it DOES influence your decision of where to go. The transaction never tracked, even after raising a missing claim and then esure rejected the claim earlier this year saying they couldn't find my policy number, which isn't surprising really as I took the policy out 3 years ago! It looks like they're improving according to recent comments from other members, but I wouldn't touch this lot again out of principle.

	Insurance purchased in september 2011 - waited 90 days to report no cashback - have sent a nudge each month up till last week. Today received a message to say that esure are not paying out as they are unable to trace the transaction!!!

	Still awaiting cashback for insurance purchased in Oct 2011, failed to track so lodged a claim to which Esure have failed to even acknowledge for 4 months - unless cheapest without cashback I WOULD AVOID!!

	Purchase date August 2011 - February 2012, cashback still not received. This is the second year in a row that I've had cashback problems with esure Car Insurance. I doubt very much, unless the matter is resolved quickly, that I would use them again.

	Waited months and months for my cashback only for them to decline it without adequate explanation and apparently you cant query this any further!!!!!! Ridiculous! i certainly wont be using them again!

	Saved two hundred pound on my renewal quote, was the cheapest quote by thirty pound, add the cash back to that and it's a real winner!
